OKAY. AND OUR BUDGET LEADER IS SOMEWHERE IN NORTHERN CANADA SHOOTING BIRDS APPARENTLY, OR SO HE CLAIMS. SO I THINK I CAN ADDRESS THAT IF THAT'S OKAY WITH YOU.

OKAY. SO THE DISPATCH DEPARTMENT IS CONSOLIDATED BY LAW.

AND THE BUDGET FOR DISPATCH IS IN YOUR 24 BUDGET FOR 12 MONTHS OF THE EXPENSES OF DISPATCH IN IN SEPTEMBER. THE DISPATCH DEPARTMENT AND THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE CEASED DOING DISPATCH RESPONSIBILITIES.

AND THEY WERE HANDED OFF TO OUR CONTRACTUAL PROVIDER.

NOW THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE AND WE NOW ARE GOING TO HAVE TO PAY THE BILLS FOR THE LAST THREE MONTHS OF THIS YEAR.

AND THE BUDGET FOR THAT IS IN THE SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT BECAUSE IT WAS PASSED FOR THE WHOLE YEAR.

SO IN ORDER FOR US TO PAY THE BILLS FOR THE NEXT THREE MONTHS, WE NEED TO TRANSFER THAT MONEY.

AND THOSE POSITIONS ARE NO LONGER NEEDED BECAUSE THERE IS NO DISPATCH.

AND THAT BUDGET IS PRIMARILY IN THE IN THE LABOR, IN THE PAYROLL EXPENSE.

SO WE HAVE TO PULL THAT BACK.

MY WELL, JUST IN JUST A GENERAL COMMENT.

WELL, I JUST WANT TO ASK THIS.

DO WE KNOW FOR SURE THAT THERE'S NOT A NEED TO HAVE ANY DISPATCHMENT IN THE SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT BECAUSE THERE ARE SOME POSITIONS THAT WILL BE LEFT.

IS IT GOING TO BE SUFFICIENT TO SERVICE THE AREA? THAT WOULD BE MY CONCERN.

SO I THINK IT'S 4 OR 4, AND A SUPERVISOR OR FIVE ARE BEING LEFT FOR THE WHAT'S CALLED THE PULLING OF WARRANTS. WHEN OFFICERS I'M SURE I'M GOING TO GET THIS CLOSE TO.

RIGHT. BUT THERE'S PROBABLY PEOPLE OUT THERE GOING, HE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT THE HECK HE'S TALKING ABOUT.

SO WHEN AN OFFICER STOPS SOMEONE ONE OF THE THINGS THEY DO IS THEY CALL IN TO THE WARRANT SECTION THAT WAS HAD THOSE RECORDS AND DISPATCH TO ASK IF THERE IS AN ACTIVE WARRANT FOR THAT INDIVIDUAL PRIOR TO DECIDING WHAT THEY'RE GOING TO DO TO RESOLVE WHATEVER'S GOING ON.

AND SO THAT STILL NEEDS TO BE PERFORMED.

THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE HAS COMMUNICATED THAT WITH US.

AND IT'S A 24 OVER SEVEN OPERATION AND IT'LL BE KNEW THAT THIS IS THE ONLY THING BEING DONE.

SO I'M SURE THAT THERE'S SOME ADJUSTMENT THAT'S GOING TO BE MADE AS THEY FIGURE OUT HOW TO DO IT AS EFFICIENTLY AND PROPERLY AS POSSIBLE. SO THEY MAY COME BACK TO YOU IN A MONTH AND SAY, HEY, WE HAVE ONE TOO MANY OR WE HAVE ONE TOO FEW.

BUT THAT PROVISION, THAT PROVISION IS INCLUDED IN HERE.

IT'S NOT TAKING ALL THE POSITIONS.
